The app will not open or it crashes

Try these in order

1. Force close Spiritualrot and reopen it
2. Restart your phone
3. Check the App Store for an update and install it
4. Check you have enough free storage on your phone

Most crashes clear up after a restart or an update.

If it still will not open

1. Note your iPhone model and iOS version
2. Note roughly when it started crashing
3. Write to Support with both

About your data

Your streak, XP, and reading history live on your phone. A crash on its own does not delete them, but if something looks wrong after a crash, tell Support what you saw so it can be checked.
