Why are my apps locked?

The apps you picked are locked on purpose

You chose which apps to block when you set up Spiritualrot. Those apps stay locked until you finish your reading and prayer for the current window.

How to unlock them

1. Open Spiritualrot
2. Tap Start on the Today screen
3. Finish the reading and the prayer

When you finish, the picked apps open for a while. Then they lock again, either at your next window or sooner, depending on your setting. See Why did my apps lock again after I finished? for the details.

We never see which apps you picked

Screen Time and Family Controls run entirely on your phone. Apple's own selection token never leaves your device, so we never see the names of the apps you blocked, only that a block is active.
